Für unsere Zürcher Filiale suchen wir eine kommunikative und aufgestellte Persönlichkeit welche das Team langfristig unterstützt.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Personalberater:in bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kundenunternehmen und unseren Mitarbeitenden. Du übernimmst die gesamte Verantwortung für die Rekrutierung, Vermittlung und persönliche Betreuung im Bereich Handwerk und bist massgeblich für den Erfolg deines Kundenportfolios verantwortlich.

Du erkennst den Personalbedarf deiner Kunden, findest passende Fachkräfte und sorgst dafür, dass offene Positionen schnell, effizient und nachhaltig besetzt werden. Durch den aktiven Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Pflege bestehender Partnerschaften trägst du wesentlich zum Wachstum unseres Unternehmens bei.

Gleichzeitig begleitest und betreust du unsere Mitarbeitenden während ihrer Einsätze. Durch regelmässige Kontakte stellst du eine hohe Zufriedenheit sicher und agierst als kompetente Ansprechperson für sämtliche Anliegen.

Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil deiner Tätigkeit ist die kontinuierliche Rekrutierung neuer Fachkräfte. Du führst Bewerbungsgespräche, baust einen starken Kandidatenpool auf und sorgst dafür, dass Vakanzen jederzeit zeitnah und qualitativ hochwertig besetzt werden können.

Wir erwarten ##

Du kommst idealerweise aus dem Handwerk und sprichst die Sprache unserer Kunden und Mitarbeitenden. Deshalb verstehst du schnell, wen ein Betrieb sucht und welche Kandidaten wirklich ins Team passen.

Du bist kontaktfreudig, zielstrebig und lässt dich von Herausforderungen motivieren. Statt Ausreden suchst du Lösungen. Du übernimmst Verantwortung, denkst unternehmerisch und bringst die nötige Portion Biss mit, um erfolgreich zu sein.

Zudem verfügst du über:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre, vorzugsweise im handwerklichen Bereich
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Ortskenntnisse in Zürich und Umgebung
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten
