Anforderungsprofil ##

Das bringst Du mit

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen
  • Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung, im Personalverleih oder im Gesundheitswesen
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Verkaufsflair, Eigeninitiative und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Aufgaben ##

Mehr als nur Recruiting Bei uns begleitest Du Menschen auf ihrem beruflichen Weg und unterstützt Gesundheitseinrichtungen dabei, die passenden Fachkräfte zu finden. Du schaffst Verbindungen, die langfristig erfolgreich sind. Deine Mission

  • Du findest und gewinnst qualifizierte Fachkräfte aus dem Gesundheitswesen.
  • Du führst Interviews, erkennst Potenziale und begleitest Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten während des gesamten Vermittlungsprozesses.
  • Du betreust bestehende Kunden und baust neue Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du berätst Gesundheitseinrichtungen bei ihren Personalbedürfnissen und entwickelst passende Lösungen.
  • Du koordinierst Personalressourcen für kurz- und langfristige Einsätze.
  • Du unterstützt administrative Prozesse im Lohn- und Rechnungswesen.
  • Du pflegst nachhaltige Beziehungen zu Kunden und Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für eine hohe Zufriedenheit auf beiden Seiten.
