Personalberater/in RAV Heerbrugg (m/w/d) Als der fünftgrösste Kanton der Schweiz mit rund 6000 Mitarbeitenden setzen wir uns bei der Kantonsverwaltung für das Gemeinwohl der Gesellschaft ein. Mit einer beeindruckenden Vielfalt an Leistungen betrifft unsere Arbeit alle Bereiche des Lebens, sei es Bildung, Wirtschaft, Recht, Sicherheit, Natur, Gesundheit, Bau, Kultur und Finanzen. Mit unserer sinnstiftenden Arbeit hinterlassen wir täglich einen kleinen Fussabdruck, da diese für über eine halbe Million Menschen relevant ist. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Personalberater/in RAV Heerbrugg (m/w/d) Beraten und Vermitteln von stellensuchenden Personen Führen und Protokollieren von Beratungsgesprächen Erarbeiten und Vereinbaren von adäquaten Wiedereingliederungsstrategien und Qualifizierungsmassnahmen mit den Stellensuchenden Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen (Logistik arbeitsmarktliche Massnahmen, Rechtsdienst, Arbeitgeberservice etc.) Überprüfen der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Einleiten von Sanktionen bei Missbräuchen Erledigen aller mit den Tätigkeiten verbundenen administrativen Arbeiten Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Berufslehre mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung Eidgenössischer Fachausweis als HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann, Sozialversicherungs\-Fachfrau/\-mann oder die Bereitschaft die Weiterbildung zur/zum HR\-Fachfrau/\-mann (Fachrichtung B) in Angriff zu nehmen Berufserfahrung aus der Personalvermittlung, Personalberatung, anspruchsvollen Kundenberatung oder enger Bezug zur Sozialversicherung Empathische und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit den unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartnern aus verschiedenen sozialen und kulturellen Kreisen Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, mögliche Arbeitseinsätze an den RAV\-Standorten und Sargans zu leisten Hohe Selbständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung nach einer professionellen Einarbeitung Verschiedene Arbeitszeitmodelle Arbeitsplätze in Gehdistanz zu den Bahnhöfen der jeweiligen RAV\-Standorte Vergünstigtes Ostwind Firmenabo Moderne Infrastruktur (Multispace\-Büro) Kim Inauen, HR Business Partnerin (Tel. ) und André Seitz, Teamleiter RAV Heerbrugg (Tel. ) sowie unter jpidf61ee62jm jit0937jm jiy26jm
