Das Regionale Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum (RAV) stellt die kompetente und umfassende Beratung von Stellensuchenden, Arbeitgebern und weiteren Amtsstellen sicher. Es unterstützt die Stellensuchenden bei ihrem Wiedereingliederungsprozess in den Arbeitsmarkt mit den Massnahmen der Arbeitslosenversicherung. Eine rasche und dauerhafte Arbeitsvermittlung steht dabei im Vordergrund.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Personalberater/in RAV Rapperswil-Jona (m/w/d) Pensum: 80-100% Arbeitsort: Rapperswil-Jona

Was Sie erwartet - Beraten und Vermitteln von stellensuchenden Personen - Führen und Protokollieren von Beratungsgesprächen - Erarbeiten und Vereinbaren von adäquaten Wiedereingliederungsstrategien und Qualifizierungsmassnahmen mit den Stellensuchenden - Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachbereichen (Logistik arbeitsmarktliche Massnahmen, Rechtsdienst, Arbeitgeberservice etc.) - Überprüfen der Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Einleiten von Sanktionen bei Missbräuchen - Erledigen aller mit den Tätigkeiten verbundenen administrativen Arbeiten

Was Sie auszeichnet - Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Berufslehre mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung - Eidgenössischer Fachausweis als HR-Fachfrau/-mann, Sozialversicherungs-Fachfrau/-mann oder die Bereitschaft die Weiterbildung zur/zum HR-- Fachfrau/-mann (Fachrichtung B) in Angriff zu nehmen - Berufserfahrung aus der Personalvermittlung, Personalberatung, anspruchsvollen Kundenberatung oder enger Bezug zur Sozialversicherung - Empathische und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit den unterschiedlichsten Gesprächspartnern aus verschiedenen sozialen und kulturellen Kreisen - Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, mögliche Arbeitseinsätze an den RAV-Standorten Sargans und Wattwil zu leisten
