Ihre Aufgaben: Macher, Berater und Netzwerker

Etablierte Stammkunden aus der MEM-Branche intensiv betreuen, beraten und die Partnerschaften nachhaltig ausbauen

Vakanzen für Fest- und Temporäranstellungen im technischen Umfeld von A bis Z rekrutieren

Passende Fachkräfte über zielgruppenorientierte Inserate, Active Sourcing und Netzwerke gewinnen

Professionelle Bewerberinterviews auf Augenhöhe führen und Kunden bei Anforderungsprofilen beraten

Marktpotenziale bei bestehenden sowie neuen Kunden identifizieren und im CRM pflegen

Ihr Profil: Verkaufsstark und technisch interessiert

Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder technische Berufsbildung mit Weiterbildung (z.B. Technischer Kaufmann, Handelsdiplom, Betriebswirtschaft)

Erfahrung in der Personalvermittlung von Vorteil – entscheidend ist Ihre Begeisterung für die MEM-Industrie

Echte Freude am Kundenkontakt, Verhandlungsgeschick und Lust auf nachhaltige Kundenpflege

Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (inkl. Schweizerdeutsch) in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerschein Kat. B

Selbstständige, zielorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation und starkem Teamgeist
