* Eine mindestens 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und eine anerkannte Weiterbildung (vorzugsweise als HR-Fachfrau/-Fachmann oder Interesse, diese Weiterbildung abzuschliessen) * Leistungswille, Belastbarkeit, sowie eine ergebnisorientierte und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit * Berufserfahrung in Kundenberatung, Vermittlung, Verkauf, Personalführung oder Personalarbeit gepaart mit einer guten Portion Lebenserfahrung * Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung * Einen speditiven und versierten Umgang mit IT-Tools, administrative Routine und stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Im Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit vollziehen wir Bundesgesetze wie das Arbeitslosenversicherungsgesetz (AVIG), das Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetz (AVG) und das Arbeitsrecht (ArG). Die Hauptaufgaben bestehen im Beraten und Vermitteln von Stellensuchenden, im Entrichten von Arbeitslosenentschädigungen für Anspruchsberechtigte und in der Aufsicht über Industrie und Gewerbe hinsichtlich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz.
