personalberaterin / recruiter (w/m/d)

aufgaben

  • du bist für die selbständige rekrutierung von fachpersonal zuständig, hauptsächlich für die bereiche kaufleute sowie pflegefachleute
  • mittels active sourcing, stellenplattformen und unserem bestehenden netzwerk findest und kontaktierst du passende kandidaten
  • du führst persönliche und digitale interviews, erkennst potenziale und begleitest die kandidaten professionell durch den gesamten bewerbungsprozess
  • zudem übernimmst du die telefonische sowie persönliche beratung von firmen und begleitest diese während des rekrutierungsprozesses
  • des weiteren publizierst du die stellen auf diversen jobs-portalen und beurteilst die eingehenden bewerbungen

anforderungen

  • du verfügst über eine ausbildung als kauffrau / kaufmann oder eine andere lehre mit kaufmännischer weiterbildung
  • eine ausbildung als pflegefachfrau / pflegefachmann mit solider kaufmännischer praxis und / oder weiterbildung wäre auch denkbar
  • zudem bringst du bereits berufserfahrung in der direkten kundenbetreuung mit
  • social media, linkedin und digitale kommunikationskanäle sind dir vertraut und du hast freude daran, aktiv nach geeigneten kandidaten zu suchen
  • wichtig ist uns, dass eigeninitiative und zielstrebigkeit zu deinen stärken gehören
  • bist du eine proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste fachperson, welche gerne in einem frontorientierten umfeld arbeitet?
