Es handelt sich um ein Unternehmen im technischen Dienstleistungsumfeld mit Sitz in der Stadt Zürich. Das Unternehmen betreut anspruchsvolle Kundenanfragen und arbeitet mit verschiedenen internen sowie externen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung des HR-Bereichs suchen wir per Vereinbarung eine Personalverantwortliche / einen Personalverantwortlichen 80-100%. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für operative und weiterführende HR-Themen und arbeiten eng mit Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften zusammen. Als ERP-System kommt Abacus zum Einsatz. Aufgrund der engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team ist eine regelmässige Präsenz vor Ort vorgesehen; ein Tag Homeoffice pro Woche ist möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die fachliche und personelle Führung eines kleinen HR-Teams übernehmen Sie ebenso wie die aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft und die Verantwortung für eine professionelle HR-Betreuung
  • Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende beraten Sie kompetent in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen und begleiten anspruchsvolle Situationen sowie personelle Veränderungen lösungsorientiert
  • Entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles verantworten Sie zentrale HR-Prozesse von der Rekrutierung und dem Onboarding über die Personalentwicklung bis hin zum Austritt
  • Bei Payroll, Sozialversicherungen und HR-Reportings bringen Sie sich aktiv ein und treiben gleichzeitig die Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen, Richtlinien, Digitalisierung und weiteren strategischen HR-Themen voran

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung im Human Resources, beispielsweise als HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis, bringen Sie mit
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion sowie erste oder fundierte Führungserfahrung ermöglichen Ihnen, diese verantwortungsvolle Position selbstständig zu übernehmen
  • Im Schweizer Arbeitsrecht und Sozialversicherungswesen verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse und überzeugen gleichzeitig durch eine ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Zusätzlich kommunizieren Sie stilsicher auf Deutsch und sehr gut auf Englisch
