Introduction ###

 

Le Domaine des Loveresses est une entreprise familiale active dans la production et la commercialisation de fruits et légumes de qualité, issus de notre domaine et de producteurs partenaires locaux. Nous comptons aujourd-hui 75 collaborateurs, tous animés par la passion du terroir, le respect des saisons et la volonté d-offrir à nos clients des produits frais et savoureux. En plus de notre activité de production et de distribution, nous proposons sur notre site d-exploitation un magasin de vente directe, Le Petit Marché, ouvert tous les jours de 6h30 à 20h30, où nos clients peuvent retrouver nos fruits et légumes de saison, de la viande, du fromage et divers produits suisses. Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Personnel de vente - Fruits et légumes & commerce de détail pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et contribuer à notre mission.

Les principales missions ###

  • Accueil, conseil et service à la clientèle.
  • Encaissement et gestion de la caisse.
  • Mise en place, présentation et réassort des produits en magasin.
  • Gestion des commandes, suivi des stocks, participation aux inventaires et valorisation des invendus.
  • Entretien, nettoyage et maintien de la propreté des espaces de vente, des réserves et des zones d'accueil de la clientèle.
  • Participation à l'animation commerciale des points de vente (dégustations, promotions, mises en avant saisonnières, événements, etc.).
  • Exécution de diverses tâches administratives liées à l'activité des magasins.

 

Qualifications ###

 

  • Expérience dans la vente ou le commerce de détail, idéalement dans la vente de fruits et légumes. (OBLIGATOIRE)
  • Intérêt marqué pour les produits locaux, les fruits et légumes, et le terroir suisse.
  • Excellentes compétences en service client et capacité à travailler en équipe.
  • Bonne condition physique pour manipuler des produits et effectuer des tâches variées.
  • Maîtrise du français, toute autre langue est un atout.
  • Vous habitez à moins de 30 min du domaine
