Après une restructuration dans le secteur de l'intendance de l'EMS Les Cerisiers, une polyvalence est maintenant en place dans tous les secteurs (entretien de locaux communs, des chambres, service en cafétéria et la buanderie). Nous cherchons la personne pour compléter cette équipe dynamique. \\À propos de notre institution\\ Situé à Payerne, notre EMS accueille 44 résident·e·s en long séjour dans un environnement calme et familial. Nous accompagnons des personnes âgées en situation de gériatrie et de gériatrie complexe. Un projet de développement est en cours, avec un futur bâtiment prévu à l'horizon 2028\\. \\Vos missions\\ \* Entretien journalier, mensuel et annuel des chambres, des espaces de circulation et des séjours communs dans le respect des procédures d'hygiène et de sécurité \* Entretien des bureaux administratifs \* Polyvalence dans les activités d'entretien et de nettoyage des différents secteurs hôteliers : nettoyage, cafétéria, buanderie, etc. \* Participer au service du petit\\-déjeuner et des repas des résidents \* Participer aux formations \* Participer à divers colloques \* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes pluridisciplinaire \\Profil recherché\\ \* Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans l'entretien et le nettoyage, idéalement en milieu médico\\-social ou en collectivité \* Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Carefolio, un atout) \* Excellente maîtrise du français, oral et écrit (niveau B1 minimum) \* Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe pluridisciplinaire \* Flexibilité horaire : disponibilité pour des horaires continus, coupés, week\\-ends et jours fériés \* Aisance relationnelle, maîtrise des émotions et facilité à interagir avec des personnes fragiles ou en difficulté \* Présentation soignée, attitude souriante et dynamique, courtoisie et sens du contact \* Sens aigu de l'hygiène et de la propreté \* Polyvalence et ouverture d'esprit \\Nous vous offrons\\ \* De la formation \* Un environnement bienveillant et à l'écoute \* Des conditions conformes à la CCT\\-SAN Vaud \\Entrée en fonction\\ 1er novembre ou à convenir \\Candidatures\\ Nous vous remercions de nous adresser votre dossier complet (CV, lettre de motivation, diplômes et certificats de travail) \\uniquement\\ via sur JobUp.
