Pflege\-Experte / Pflege\-Expertin für den Pflegesupport 50\-80% «Zäme witercho» \- Im Zentrum Schlossmatt setzen sich rund 300 Mitarbeitende aus den verschiedensten Bereichen täglich für das Wohl von 186 Bewohnenden ein. Unser Pflegezentrum ist spezialisiert auf die komplexe Pflege von Menschen mit Mehrfacheinschränkungen, auf die Demenzpflege sowie auf Kurzaufenthalte zur Übergangs\- oder Rehabilitationspflege. Nebst unserem vielfältigen Therapieangebot finden sich unter unserem Dach auch ein Tageszentrum, eine Kita und ein Restaurant für generationenübergreifende Begegnungen. Wir suchen per 1\. Juli 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Pflege\-Experte / Pflege\-Expertin für den Pflegesupport 50\-80% Ihre Aufgaben: Sie übernehmen die klinische Fachverantwortung für zwei bis drei Abteilungen mit gegenseitiger Vertretung. In komplexen und instabilen Situationen coachen Sie die Pflegeteams und übernehmen die Fallführung. Sie arbeiten in Projekten mit und übernehmen innerhalb des Pflegsupportteams abwechselnd die Hausverantwortung. Sie bereiten pflegefachliche Inhalte zielgruppengerecht für Schulungen auf und führen Weiterbildungen durch. Sie fördern und entwickeln die Pflegequalität und erarbeiten sowie implementieren pflegespezifische Instrumente und Konzepte. Sie bringen mit: einen Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe, Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Akut\- sowie Langzeitpflege Weiterbildungen im Bereich Wund\- und Hygienemanagement sowie Gerontologie oder Psychiatriepflege sind von Vorteil und/oder eine vertiefte Ausbildung (CAS, MDS, Bachelor, Master) für die Übernahme einer dieser Fachbereiche Wir bieten: Eine interessante und vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem Umfeld, das sich laufend weiterentwickelt.
