Dein zukünftiger Arbeitgeber ist Teil einer schweizweit tätigen Anbieterin von Dienstleistungen rund um das Leben im Alter und beschäftigt insgesamt rund 4'000 Mitarbeitende. Das Angebot verbindet ambulante und stationäre Leistungen und umfasst selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen, umfassende Pflege sowie Spitex-Dienstleistungen. Für einen Standort in der Region Bern wird per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF 40-100 % mit Zusatzfunktion als RAI-HC Verantwortliche/r gesucht.

Deine Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Pflege und betreue die Bewohnenden individuell und professionell und stelle eine fachgerechte Betreuung sicher 
  • Übernimm die Tagesverantwortung, erstelle Pflegeplanungen und Pflegedokumentationen und vertrete bei Abwesenheit die Pflegedienstleitung 
  • Führe Bedarfsabklärungen mit RAI-HC sowie RAI-Assessments und BMF termingerecht durch 
  • Nimm an Rapporten, Teamsitzungen und Weiterbildungen teil und gib dein Fachwissen an Kolleginnen, Kollegen und Lernende weiter 

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege oder im Spitexbereich ist von Vorteil 
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich RAI-HC sind von Vorteil 
  • Selbstständige und kompetente Arbeitsweise, aktives Mitdenken sowie ein empathischer und wertschätzender Umgang
