Im Altersheim Belp verbringen 45 selbständige bis schwer pflegebedürftige Bewohner:innen ihren letzten Lebensabschnitt. Unser Ziel ist es, die Bewohner:innen sowie ihre Angehörigen so zu begleiten, dass ihre Lebensqualität trotz Einschränkungen möglichst hoch ist. Wir bieten ihnen eine bedürfnisorientierte Pflege und Betreuung, eine kompetente medizinische Versorgung und eine anregende Alltagsgestaltung.

Das erwartet Sie ##

  • Mithilfe bei der Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner:innen und Dokumentation im elektronischen System
  • Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeleitbildes
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Arbeiten (Reinigungs- und Entsorgungsaufgaben, Botengänge, Essensbestellungen)
  • Mitverantwortung für die Bereitstellung von Pflegematerial und Pflegehilfsmitteln sowie für den sorgfältigen und wirtschaftlichen Umgang damit 

Das bringen Sie mit ##

  • Abgeschlossener Kurs Pflegehelfer:in SRK
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Pflegebereich
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Motivierte, belastbare sowie selbstständige Persönlichkeit
  • Freude und Begabung im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Flexibilität
