Pflegeassistent/in AGS / Pflegehelfer/in SRK 60-100% #

Deine Aufgaben ##

  • du unterstützt unsere Bewohnenden kompetent und idividuell bei der Grundpflege
  • du begleitest ältere Menschen im Alltag und gehst auf ihre persönlichen Bedürfnisse ein
  • du achtest auf die Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien und unterstützt bei hauswitschaftflichen Tätigkeiten
  • du führst die Pflegedokumentation lückenlos und selbstständig
  • du arbeitest gemeinsam mit deinem Team für eine hohe Pflege- und Lebensqualität

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Eine Ausbildung als Assistenti/in Gesundheit und Soziales,  Pflegehelfer/in SRK oder eine  gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion- Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Eine selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
