Was dich erwartet

  • Du hilfst bei der Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohnenden mit
  • Du begleitest und betreust unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner unterstützend und aktivierend im Pflegealltag
  • Du führst die Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung innerhalb des Kompetenzbereichs

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung in der Pflege mit SRK oder gleichwertiger Ausbildung
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Liebevoller, empathischer und respektvoller Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit, respektvolle und wertschätzende Umgangsformen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • PC-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
