Für unsere Kunden im Raum Bern und Solothurn suchen wir Pflegeassistenzpersonal SRK (m/w/d) für Einsätze in unserem Notfall-Pool. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie spontane Tageseinsätze / Spätdienst oder Nachtdiensteinsätze die sich mit Ihrer Verfügbarkeit decken. Die in verschiedenen Fachbereichen, wie Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und Psychiatrie, und tragen so aktiv zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegeassistenz (SRK) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege oder Psychiatrie
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft für spontane Tageseinsätze
  • Teamfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflegeassistenz in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und Psychiatrie
  • Unterstützung des Pflegefachpersonals bei der Durchführung von Pflege- und Betreuungsmaßnahmen
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Pflegeaktivitäten
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Mithilfe bei der Umsetzung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Unterstützung der Patient:innen im Alltag und bei der Mobilisation und Körperpflege
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachpersonen, Ärzt:innen und anderen Mitarbeitenden
