Für die Senevita Casa Region Solothurn und Aargau in Olten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Pflegedienstleitung 80\-100% \- Spitex

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und personelle Führung unseres Spitex\-Pflegeteams mit ca. 40 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für Pflegeplanungen und Bedarfsabklärungen vor Ort, um die bestmögliche Betreuung sicherzustellen.
  • Du führst Fachbegleitungen der Mitarbeitenden direkt bei den Kunden durch und stehst als Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Behörden und Zuweisenden zur Verfügung.
  • Du stellst die korrekte Leistungserfassung sicher und förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung deines Teams durch Coaching und Instruktion.
  • Du arbeitest sowohl im Büro als auch direkt bei den Kunden und bist bei Spitexeinsätzen vor Ort eingebunden.
  • Du achtest auf wirtschaftliche Effizienz und stellst sicher, dass der Spitex\-Bereich optimal organisiert ist.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und des Standorts bei und förderst die internen und externen Netzwerke für eine starke, professionelle Zusammenarbeit

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Tertiärausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Führung mit gezielter Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex bzw. ambulanten Pflege oder grosses Interesse an diesem Bereich
  • Fundierte RAI\-/interRAI HomeCare\-Kenntnisse (InterRAI\-HC\-Weiterbildung von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln, idealerweise inklusive Perigon
  • Selbstständige, pragmatische Entscheidungsfähigkeit sowie qualitäts\- und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Flexible, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Anpassungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe soziale und kommunikative Kompetenz im respektvollen und lösungsorientierten Umgang mit Kund:innen, Behörden, Zuweisenden und Mitarbeitenden
  • Dynamische Führungspersönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken, Engagement und positiver Ausstrahlung
  • Belastbare, organisatorisch versierte und reflektierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, inklusive CH\-deutscher Mundart
  • Wohnhaft in der Region sowie Führerausweis Kategorie B
