Pflegedienstleitung Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz ===============================================

In diesem spannenden * übernimmst du die fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegebereichs mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden. * steuerst du die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs im Alterszentrum Kirchhofplatz gemeinsam mit den Dienstleitern und der Zentrumsleitung. * koordinierst du kontinuierlich die Pflegequalität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Stationsleitungen sowie in einem gemeinsamen Führungsteam (Shared Governance) mit der Pflegeexpertin und der Ausbildungsverantwortlichen. * arbeitest du aktiv an zukunftsorientierten Pflegekonzepten, neuen Versorgungsmodellen und innovativen Prozessen. * sorgst du für die professionelle Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses sowie eine ressourcen\- und bewohnerorientierte Pflege. * bist du verantwortlich für das Pflege\- und Qualitätscontrolling, für das Reporting sowie für die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben. * unterstützt du die Führungskräfte im Pflegebereich in der Personalentwicklung, Rekrutierung und Mitarbeiterbindung. * vertiefst du die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen, Fachstellen und externen Partnern. * begleitest du Veränderungsprozesse aktiv und kommunikativ als Vorbild. Du bist hier erfolgreich * dank deiner Ausbildung zur diplomierten Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie einer höheren Weiterbildung im Bereich Management oder Leadership. * weil du mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Pflegebereich \- idealerweise in der Langzeitpflege \- mitbringst. * weil du neben der Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege auch den vielseitigen Aspekt einer Übergangspflegestation kennst und schätzt. * weil für dich Menschen und Chancen im Vordergrund stehen. * aufgrund deines strategischen Denkens, deiner lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise und deinem Blick für Qualität und Effizienz. * dank deiner hohen Sozialkompetenz, deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deines souveränen Auftretens. * weil du Veränderungsprozesse mit Fachwissen und Feingefühl gestaltest und dich für eine moderne Pflege begeisterst. * mit deiner sicheren Anwendung von IT\-gestützten Pflegesystemen und deinen Kenntnissen in interRAI LTCF und elektronischer Pflegedokumentation.
