Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit Haltung, Mut und Macher-Mentalität. Jemanden, der Entscheidungen trifft, Verantwortung übernimmt und Pflege gemeinsam mit dem Team weiterbringt.

Deine Aufgaben ##

Als Pflegedienstleitung übernimmst du die pflegerische Verantwortung für unseren Standort und gestaltest dessen Entwicklung folgendermassen mit:

  • Führen: Du gibst Orientierung, entwickelst dein Team und schaffst eine Kultur, in der Menschen gerne Verantwortung übernehmen.
  • Verändern: Du hinterfragst bestehende Abläufe, verbesserst Prozesse und hast Freude daran, gute Ideen umzusetzen.
  • Verantworten: Du stellst Pflegequalität und Bewohnerorientierung sicher und behältst dabei auch die wirtschaftliche Realität im Blick.
  • Vernetzen: Du arbeitest auf Augenhöhe mit Mitarbeitenden, Ärzten, und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen.

Dein Profil ##

  • Eine Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, anerkannte Qualifikation hast du bereits und verfügst über eine Weiterbildung und Erfahrung in Management
  • Eine klare Kommunikation, Entscheidungsstärke und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen zeichnen dich aus
  • Eigeninitiative, Pragmatismus und den Anspruch, Dinge wirklich besser zu machen sind dir ein echtes Anliegen
