Unsere Rehaklinik Sonnmatt bietet spezialisierte muskuloskelettale und neurologische Rehabilitation auf hohem medizinischen Niveau. Unser interdisziplinäres Team stellt durch gezielte Diagnostik und individuell abgestimmte Therapieprogramme sicher, dass unsere Patientinnen und Patienten auf ihrem Weg zurück zu mehr Gesundheit und Lebensqualität optimal betreut werden. Das erstklassige Hotelambiente in schönster Aussichtslage oberhalb des Vierwaldstättersees verbindet maximalen Komfort mit hoher therapeutischer Qualität.

 

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung: Verantworte die personelle, fachliche sowie administrative Führung unseres Pflegeteams (40-50 Personen), der Ausbildungsverantwortlichen und Pharmaassistentinnen in der Rehaklinik Sonnmatt zusammen mit deinen beiden Gruppenleitungen über zwei Etagen (muskuloskelettale und neurologische Rehabilitation)
  • Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten: Als Mitglied des Kaderteams wirkst du bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Standortes massgeblich mit
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit*:* Arbeite in einem interprofessionellen Team eng mit weiteren Pflegekräften, Therapeutinnen und Therapeuten sowie Ärztinnen und Ärzten zusammen
  • Pflege: Übernehme mit dem Pflegeteam die Verantwortung für eine qualitativ hochstehende Pflege

 

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit entsprechender Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB)
  • Führungserfahrung: Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Führung eines Pflegeteams im Schweizerischen Gesundheitswesen
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest gerne im interprofessionellen Team, denkst vernetzt und suchst stets nach lösungsorientierten Ansätzen. Deine positive, kommunikative Art sowie dein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnen dich als Persönlichkeit aus
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Du bist versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen Computerprogrammen (Outlook, Klinisches Informationssystem (KIS), Planungssoftware Polypoint (PEP))
