Als Leiterin oder Leiter Pflegeentwicklung mit Master of Science in Nursing entwickeln Sie die Pflege einer Klinik strategisch und fachlich weiter. In Zürich suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung des Pflegedienstes, leiten die Fachgruppe Pflege und verankern evidenzbasierte Standards im Klinikalltag.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie entwickeln die Pflege der Klinik strategisch und fachlich weiter, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Pflege und abgestimmt auf die Ausrichtung der Gruppe
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung des Pflegedienstes und leiten die Fachgruppe Pflege
  • Sie entwickeln, implementieren und überwachen Leitlinien und Standards
  • Sie planen, steuern und setzen Pflege- sowie interprofessionelle Projekte um
  • Sie vertreten die Pflegeentwicklung in klinikinternen und gruppenweiten Gremien
  • Sie beraten, coachen und befähigen Fachverantwortliche und Pflegeteams

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) oder auf dem Weg dorthin
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in evidenzbasierter Pflege, Qualitäts- und Versorgungsentwicklung sowie klinischer Prozessoptimierung
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen, ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Leadership-Kompetenz und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
