Zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die ihr Fachwissen einbringt und unsere Pflegeteams fachlich unterstützt. Pflegeexpertin / Pflegeexperte (a) APN 50-100% Ihre Aufgaben Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer hohen, evidenzbasierten und personenzentrierten Pflegequalität Initiierung, Leitung und Mitarbeit in Qualitäts- und Entwicklungsprojekten Entwicklung, Implementierung und Evaluation von pflegerischen Standards, Konzepten und Leitlinien Fachliche Beratung und Begleitung der Pflegeteams bei komplexen Klientensituationen Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung von klinischen Assessments sowie Ableitung entsprechender Handlungsempfehlungen Förderung der Fachkompetenz unserer Mitarbeitenden durch Beratung, Coaching und Schulungen Punktuelle Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege und bei Bedarf Übernahme der Fallführung in komplexen Situationen Mitwirkung bei Evaluationen, Qualitätsmessungen und der nachhaltigen Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter Massnahmen Ihr Profil Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. ein laufendes Masterstudium, idealerweise mit Ausrichtung auf Advanced Practice Nursing (APN).
