Was du bewirkst

  • Du sicherst und entwickelst die Pflegequalität gemeinsam mit Fachentwicklung, Pflegemanagement und Bildung weiter
  • Durch dein evidenzbasiertes Wissen bringst du Richtlinien, Coachings und Praxisbegleitung in den klinischen Alltag
  • Als Teil des Shared Leadership Teams und des interprofessionellen Palliative Care Konsiliardienst gestaltest du die Zusammenarbeit aktiv mit
  • Du berätst und begleitest Patientinnen und Patienten sowie ihre Nahestehenden personzentriert, insbesondere in komplexen Situationen
  • Du unterstützt die betreuenden Teams sowie interne und externe Netzwerkpartner mit deiner fachlichen Expertise und wirkst bei Qualitätssicherung, Evaluation und Audits mit
  • Zudem bringst du deine fachliche Expertise auch direkt in die Pflegepraxis ein und arbeitest regelmässig in der direkten Patientenversorgung mit.

Was dich auszeichnet

  • Du bist diplomierte Pflegefachperson mit Abschluss Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) und hast eine Weiterbildung in Palliative Care (DAS, HFPP Palliative Care oder MAS Palliative Care)
  • Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich Palliative Care sind erwünscht und du bringst von Vorteil Kenntnisse und Interesse im Fachgebiet Onkologie mit
  • Early Palliative Care ist für dich kein Fremdwort
  • Du brennst darauf, die spezialisierte Palliativ Care Abteilung aktiv mitzugestalten und in der Palliative Care und Onkologie neue Wege zu gehen
