Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abschluss als dipl. Pflegefachperson FH, BScN oder MScN
  • Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung CAS/MAS in einem pflegefachlichen Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Spitex- oder Langzeitbereich
  • Freude an Pflegeentwicklung, Qualität und evidenzbasiertem Arbeiten
  • Erfahrung in Beratung, Coaching oder fachlicher Begleitung von Teams
  • Analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
  • Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten

Aufgaben ##

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung evidenzbasierter Pflegekonzepte, Standards und Prozesse
  • Transfer wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in den Pflegealltag
  • Fachliche Beratung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden und Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Planung und Durchführung interner Schulungen
  • Moderation von Fallbesprechungen und fachlichen Austauschgefässen
  • Mitarbeit in Qualitäts-, Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprojekten
  • Förderung der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen Pflegeentwicklung
