Die Adullam\-Stiftung ist eine führende Institution für Altersmedizin, Therapie und Pflege in der Nordwestschweiz. Sie betreibt in Basel und Riehen je ein Spital und ein angegliedertes Pflegezentrum. Die rund 800 Mitarbeitenden bieten betagten Menschen eine regional einzigartige Rundumversorgung von der Akutmedizin über die Rehabilitation bis zur Übergangs\- und Langzeitpflege. Zur ganzheitlichen Betreuung im Adullam zählen ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch, gelebte Menschlichkeit und grosser Respekt vor dem .

Für unsere Pflegezentren in Basel suchen wir per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Persönlichkeit, die unsere Pflegeteams fachlich stärkt, Entwicklungen aktiv mitgestaltet und gemeinsam mit den Pflegeexpert:innen sowie den interprofessionellen Teams eine evidenzbasierte und menschlich zugewandte Pflege weiter voranbringt. Unsere Arbeit orientiert sich an einem klaren Anspruch: Die Würde, Lebensqualität und Sicherheit unserer Bewohnenden stehen im Zentrum unseres Handelns. Dafür brauchen wir Menschen, die ihr Wissen teilen, andere inspirieren und Pflege als Profession mit Überzeugung weiterentwickeln

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie stellen die Pflegequalität unter Beachtung der Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnenden situationsgerecht sicher
  • Sie gehen mit ausgereifter Sensibilität und Souveränität auf die verschiedenen Ansprüche der Bewohnenden ein
  • Sie vertreten den Pflegedienst aktiv im interprofessionellen Team

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF oder Gesundheits\- und Krankenpflegerin in D
  • Berufliche Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Freude und Interesse am Kontakt mit betagten Menschen
  • Dienstleistungsverständnis, welches die Bedürfnisse der Bewohnenden schätzt
  • Hohe Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und integrative Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausbildungsabgänger\*innen sind willkommen
