Willkommen im Schloss Utzigen – ein besonderer Ort zum Leben und Arbeiten Wir sind ein Wohn\- und Pflegeheim mit Charakter, Geschichte und Herz. Inmitten der idyllischen Landschaft bieten wir rund 200 Menschen ein liebevolles Zuhause. Doch unser Alltag ist alles andere als alltäglich und das liegt vor allem an den Menschen, die hier arbeiten.

Gemeinsam gestalten wir Zukunft \- mit Herz, Verstand und Engagement Ob in der Pflege, Betreuung, Küche, Technik oder Verwaltung – bei uns leisten alle Mitarbeiter:innen einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, dass sich unsere Bewohner:innen sicher, respektiert und zuhause fühlen.

Über die Abteilung

Auf unserer Abteilung E begleiten wir 48 Bewohner:innen mit vielfältigen Pflegebedürfnissen und unterschiedlichsten geriatrischen Krankheitsbildern. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei stets der Mensch mit seinen individuellen Bedürfnissen, Wünschen und seiner Lebensgeschichte. Mit Einfühlungsvermögen, Fachkompetenz und Respekt schaffen wir eine Umgebung, in der sich unsere Bewohner:innen sicher, verstanden und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Eine bedürfnisorientierte Alltagsgestaltung, strukturierte Tagesabläufe sowie eine aktivierende und ressourcenorientierte Pflege sind für uns selbstverständlich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung medizinischer Massnahmen in der Behandlungspflege auf ärztliche Anordnung, um eine qualitativ hochwertige medizinische Versorgung zu gewährleisten.
  • Individuelle, ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden, angepasst an ihre Bedürfnisse und Lebenssituation.
  • Übernahme der Tages\- und Hausverantwortung, um den reibungslosen Ablauf im Alltag zu gewährleisten.
  • Betreuung als Bezugsperson, um eine vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu den Bewohnenden aufzubauen.
  • Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation, um Qualität und Kontinuität in der Versorgung sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/\-mann HF oder Fachfrau/\-mann Gesundheit EFZ und bringst fundiertes Fachwissen mit.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Engagement, Verantwortung und eine positive Ausstrahlung aus, die du in deiner Arbeit einbringst.
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich – auch in anspruchsvollen Momenten behältst du den Überblick.
