aufgaben

  • sie übernehmen die kompetente sowie individuelle pflege und betreuung der gäste mit demenz und erkennen veränderungen, um nötige massnahmen einzuleiten
  • zudem führen sie aktivierende massnahmen sowie tagesgestaltung durch und nehmen an teamsitzungen teil
  • sie tauschen sich aktiv mit angehörigen, beiständen und weiteren involvierten personen aus
  • dabei arbeiten sie eng mit dem gut eingespielten team im tagdienst zusammen und übernehmen auch die tagesverantwortung
  • das pensum kann, je nach wunsch, zwischen 40 und 80% liegen

anforderungen

  • sie bringen eine ausbildung als pflegefachfrau / pflegefachmann oder fachperson langzeitpflege mit
  • zudem ist ihre begeisterung für die langzeitpflege gross und sie helfen dabei, dieses ganzheitlich geführte und innovative zuhause weiterzuentwickeln
  • freude und einfühlungsvermögen für menschen mit demenz ist für sie selbstverständlich
  • bezeichnen sie sich auch als empathisch, engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst?
