In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie professionelle Pflege mit der Begleitung und Förderung zukünftiger Pflegefachpersonen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Ausbildung der nächsten Generation im Gesundheitswesen. Für einen Spitex- und Pflegebetrieb im Raum Bern suchen wir eine engagierte *Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / einen engagierten Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH *mit Freude an der Berufsbildung, hoher Sozialkompetenz und Interesse an einer wertschätzenden Teamkultur. Freuen Sie sich auf ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Menschlichkeit, Selbstbestimmung und Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt stehen. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Ganzheitliche und prozessorientierte Pflege sowie Betreuung von Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Verantwortung für die Ausbildung und Begleitung von HF-Studierenden sowie FaGe-Lernenden
  • Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung von Lernbegleitungen im Berufsalltag
  • Förderung und Unterstützung der Auszubildenden in ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
  • Koordination der täglichen Aufgaben innerhalb des Pflegeteams
  • Mitarbeit in einem interprofessionellen Umfeld mit ambulanten und stationären Pflegeangeboten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung eines wertschätzenden und lernfördernden Arbeitsumfelds

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Freude an der Ausbildung und Begleitung junger Menschen
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Wissen aktiv weiterzugeben
  • Berufsbildnerkurs oder Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
