Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie auf der Überwachungsstation einer regional verankerten Klinik in Davos eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in der interdisziplinären Patientenbetreuung. Sie begleiten Patientinnen und Patienten in anspruchsvollen Situationen, arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und profitieren von einem Arbeitsumfeld, das Professionalität, Teamgeist und gegenseitige Unterstützung aktiv lebt. Freuen Sie sich auf eine vielseitige Tätigkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, moderner Infrastruktur und attraktiven Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem überschaubaren Spital mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem Pensum von 70 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

• Betreuung von interdisziplinären Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Überwachungsstation sowie im Aufwachraum

• Durchführung ambulanter Schmerztherapien

• Mitwirkung bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen

• Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Angehörigen in anspruchsvollen Situationen

• Sorgfältige und lückenlose Pflegedokumentation

• Enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen

• Mitarbeit in einem vielseitigen und abwechslungsreichen Akutspitalbetrieb

Das bringen Sie mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertig anerkannte Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP

• Idealerweise Nachdiplomzertifikat Überwachungspflege

• Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Qualitätsorientierung

• Strukturierte, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
