Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH möchten Sie Menschen mit chronischen Nierenerkrankungen professionell begleiten und sich in einem spezialisierten Fachgebiet weiterentwickeln. Für eine moderne Gesundheitseinrichtung in der Region Aarau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit in einem Pensum von 40 bis 100 %. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion betreuen Sie Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich Nephrologie und Dialyse und profitieren von einer sorgfältigen Einarbeitung sowie attraktiven Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe • Durchführung von Hämodialyse-Behandlungen bei ambulanten, stationären sowie intensivmedizinischen Patientinnen und Patienten • Überwachung und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten während des gesamten Dialyseprozesses • Mitwirkung an einem reibungslosen Ablauf innerhalb der Dialysestation • Zusammenarbeit mit einem interprofessionellen Team an mehreren Standorten • Teilnahme am Pikettdienst in regelmässigen Abständen

Das bringen Sie mit • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich von Vorteil • Interesse am Fachgebiet Dialyse sowie Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
