The posting

Dialysepflege verlangt Präzision, Verantwortung und ein hohes Mass an Fachkompetenz im Umgang mit chronisch erkrankten Patientinnen und Patienten. Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH arbeiten Sie in Zürich in einem spezialisierten Zentrum und begleiten Patientinnen und Patienten professionell während der Dialysebehandlungen. Sie überwachen komplexe Therapieverläufe, erkennen Veränderungen frühzeitig und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Behandlungsqualität bei. Diese Position ist im Auftrag unseres Kunden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Fachgerechte Durchführung und Betreuung von Hämodialysen
  • Sicheres Shunt-Management und Überwachung während der Behandlung
  • Betreuung ambulanter und stationärer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Anwendung von Peritonealdialyse in der Praxis
  • Durchführung von Dialysen von internationalen Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Teilnahme an Wochenend-Pikettdiensten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Dialysepflege
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Peritonealdialyse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis
