Als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie in der gynäkologischen und chirurgischen Akutpflege in der Region Zürich eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in einem interprofessionellen Team. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % betreuen Sie Patientinnen und Patienten während ihres stationären Aufenthalts, bringen Ihre pflegerische Fachkompetenz in anspruchsvollen Pflegesituationen ein und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege bei.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich Gynäkologie und gemischte Chirurgie gemäss Pflegeprozess
  • Selbstständige klinische Entscheidungsfindung und Einleitung pflegerischer Massnahmen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung in komplexen pflegerischen Situationen
  • Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden sowie Studierenden in pflegerischen Ausbildungen
  • Mitarbeit bei abteilungsinternen Evaluationen und Durchführung von fachspezifischen Kurzfortbildungen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Chirurgie oder Gynäkologie
  • Weiterbildung als Berufsbildnerin oder Berufsbildner oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren

  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie sichere IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
