DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Als Pflegefachperson HF bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege und Betreuung der Patient\*innen vom Spitaleintritt bis zum -austritt
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Pflegeprozess von der Erhebung der Patientendaten über die Organisation und Durchführung von pflegerischen und medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen bis zur Dokumentation und Überprüfung der Ergebnisse
  • Als Pflegefachperson bist du Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Patient\*innen, die Angehörigen und das interdisziplinäre Team
  • Mit deinem Engagement übernimmst du helfende, beratende, koordinative und analytische Funktionen
  • Wertschätzung, Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität begleiten den abwechslungsreichen Alltag in der Pflege
