Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie im chirurgischen Akutbereich einer renommierten medizinischen Einrichtung im Raum Zürich eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in der professionellen Betreuung und Pflege chirurgischer Patientinnen und Patienten. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in einem interprofessionellen Umfeld mit hoher fachlicher Qualität, begleiten komplexe Behandlungssituationen im Akutbereich und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zu einer sicheren, patientenorientierten Versorgung. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Fachgerechte und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten gemäss Pflegeprozess
  • Selbständige Umsetzung ärztlich verordneter diagnostischer und therapeutischer Massnahmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachangestellten Gesundheit
  • Sicheres Erkennen und Beherrschen von Notfallsituationen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Verantwortung für eine korrekte Pflegedokumentation und professionelle Informationsweitergabe im zugeteilten Bereich
  • Einführung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Lernender und Studierender

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger beziehungsweise DGKP
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise in der Chirurgie
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mindestens Niveau C1
  • IT Anwenderkenntnisse in klinischen Dokumentationssystemen
  • Belastbarkeit, Organisationstalent und Flexibilität
