  • Sie arbeiten in unserer brandneuen Virtual Care Unit, die an der Spitze der digitalen Gesundheitsversorgung steht. Die zu behandelnden Menschen werden virtuell rund um die Uhr betreut
  • Sie monitorisieren und überwachen unsere Patientinnen und Patienten in Echtzeit mittels modernster Remote Monitoring und Video-Technologie
  • Zudem führen Sie On-Demand Videokonsultationen durch zur Unterstützung und Beratung von Bedside Nurses im gesamten Behandlungs- und Pflegeprozess
  • Das Analysieren der gesammelten Daten zur Unterstützung klinischer Entscheidungen und Optimierung der Patientenversorgung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Arztdienst der jeweiligen Fachdisziplinen ergänzt Ihr Wirkungsfeld
  • Seien Sie Teil eines neuen Teams, das fortlaufend mit den Fachbereichen neue Behandlungsmodelle entwickelt und implementiert, um die Patientenversorgung zu revolutionieren

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über umfassende und langjährige Kenntnisse als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF sowie in spezialisierten Bereichen wie Notfallpflege und/oder Intensivpflege
  • Sie besitzen Erfahrung in der Behandlung und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten, insbesondere Kardiologie, allgemein Innere Medizin und Neurologie
  • Wir profitieren von Ihrer fundierten Expertise mit dem Klinikinformationssystem Epic und Telemedizin-Plattformen, inkl. hoher IT-Affinität, die aktiv vorgelebt und erwartet wird. Kenntnisse in der Digitalisierung im Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über Kompetenzen im Einsatz von Wearables und anderen Technologien zur Patientenüberwachung und Gesundheitsförderung
