The posting

Im IMC Bereich zählt klinische Einschätzung, Überwachung und sicheres Handeln in anspruchsvollen Situationen. Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH arbeiten Sie in Zürich in einer führenden Privatklinik im Bereich IMC und Überwachungsbetten in einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % und betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen neurologischen Krankheitsbildern. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess, erkennen Veränderungen frühzeitig und tragen aktiv zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität bei. Diese Position ist im Auftrag unseres Kunden per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Individuelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im IMC Stroke Center
  • Sicheres Erkennen und Beherrschen von Notfallsituationen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation und zuverlässige Informationsweitergabe im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Einführung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeitender, Lernender und Studierender
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem inter- und multiprofessionellen Team

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits und Krankenpflegerin oder Krankenpfleger bzw. DGKP
  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung oder Kurs in Intermediate Care IMC
  • Erfahrung auf einer Überwachungsstation IMC
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
