Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH mit Erfahrung in der Überwachungs- oder Akutpflege möchten Sie Ihre Fachkompetenz in einem anspruchsvollen klinischen Umfeld einbringen und Verantwortung übernehmen. Für einen Kunden im Basel Land suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Intermediate Care Unit in einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 %. Sie betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten mit erhöhtem Überwachungsbedarf und arbeiten in einem kollegialen Team, das Qualität, Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung lebt.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe • Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten auf der Intermediate Care Unit mit acht Betten • Übernahme der Schichtleitung und Koordination des täglichen Stationsbetriebs • Mitarbeit im Skill and Grade Mix auf der Intensivstation im Rahmen der Tandem Pflege • Überwachung und Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen Krankheitsbildern • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachbereichen • Mitarbeit in Fachgruppen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards • Arbeiten nach den Prinzipien eines modernen Lean Hospitals

Das bringen Sie mit • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP • Fähigkeitsausweis Überwachungspflege oder IMC Kurs beziehungsweise die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren • Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital • Hohe Patientenorientierung und ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
