Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH betreuen Sie in Bern kardiologische Patientinnen und Patienten unmittelbar vor und nach minimalinvasiven Eingriffen im Herz-Gefäss-Bereich. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % übernehmen Sie die monitorgestützte Überwachung, erkennen klinische Veränderungen frühzeitig und sorgen für einen sicheren Übergang zwischen Intervention und weiterer Behandlung. Besonders interessant für Pflegefachpersonen, die Akutpflege mit planbaren Arbeitszeiten verbinden möchten: Die Einsätze erfolgen von Montag bis Freitag ohne Nacht- und Wochenenddienste. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser spezialisierten Aufgabe

  • Prä- und postinterventionelle Überwachung und Betreuung kardiologischer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Monitorgestützte Pflege nach minimalinvasiven Eingriffen im Herz Gefäss Bereich
  • Mitarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Pflege, Ärzteschaft und Fachspezialistinnen und Fachspezialisten
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Sicherheit und Kontinuität im Pflegeprozess
  • Arbeiten im geregelten Tagdienst von Montag bis Freitag ohne Nacht Wochenend- oder Feiertagsdienste

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn bzw. DGKP
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im medizinischen Akutbereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Kardiologie IMC oder Aufwachraum
  • Weiterbildung in der Überwachungs oder IMC Pflege von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise
