Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH betreuen Sie in der Allgemeinen Inneren Medizin in Bern Patientinnen und Patienten mit Multimorbidität und komplexen internistischen Krankheitsbildern. In einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess, erkennen klinische Veränderungen frühzeitig und setzen auch bei mehreren gleichzeitig bestehenden Erkrankungen klare Prioritäten. Die unbefristete Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen und verbindet anspruchsvolle Akutpflege mit interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit in einem universitären Umfeld.

Das erwartet Sie in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe:

  • Ganzheitliche, professionelle und bedürfnisorientierte Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen internistischen Krankheitsbildern
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess inklusive Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation
  • Enge interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen ärztlichen Fachdisziplinen
  • Mitarbeit in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen nach Lean- und KAIZEN-Prinzipien
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Studierenden sowie Lernenden
  • Tätigkeit im Schichtbetrieb inklusive Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, belastbare und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Arbeit mit komplexen Patientensituationen
  • Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen und kontinuierliche fachliche Weiterentwicklung
