Im Zusammenspiel von moderner Medizin und pflegerischer Expertise leisten Sie täglich einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Versorgung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Herz und Gefässerkrankungen. Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH arbeiten Sie in Zürich in einem spezialisierten Umfeld und übernehmen in einem Pensum von 50 bis 100 % anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im Pflegealltag. Diese Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Fachbereich Herz und Gefäss nach dem Pflegeprozess
  • Fachgerechte Umsetzung ärztlicher Anordnungen sowie Mitwirkung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen
  • Erkennen und Beurteilen komplexer oder kritischer Situationen mit Einleitung geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Kardiologie, Gefässchirurgie und weiteren Fachdisziplinen
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und aktive Mitgestaltung der Pflegequalität im Akutspital

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits und Krankenpflegerin oder Krankenpfleger bzw. DGKP
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutspital ist von Vorteil, insbesondere im kardiovaskulären Bereich
  • Gute bis sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Gute IT Kenntnisse sowie Offenheit für moderne, digitale Arbeitsprozesse
