The posting

Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH betreuen Sie im Tagdienst Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner eines Pflege- und Wohnzentrums. In Rafz, Kanton Zürich, suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung im Pensum von 50 – 100 %. Sie übernehmen die pflegerische Betreuung, führen den Pflegeprozess, dokumentieren den Verlauf und arbeiten im interprofessionellen Team an der Betreuung der Bewohnenden.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner im Tagdienst
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung sowie Durchführung des Pflegeprozesses im Rahmen der Bezugspflege
  • Mitwirkung bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen sowie Begleitung von Arztvisiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Koordination mit anderen Bereichen im Betrieb

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Verstehen der schweizerdeutschen Mundart
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit BESA und easyDOK von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und professionell im Team mitzuwirken
