The posting

Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie im Raum Bern Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess und die Tageskoordination in der stationären Langzeitpflege. In einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % begleiten Sie ältere Menschen nach pflegefachlichen Ansätzen aus Palliative Care, Validation, Kinaesthetics und Basaler Stimulation, dokumentieren mit easDOK und RAI und bringen Ihre Erfahrung auch in die Begleitung von Lernenden und in Fachgruppen ein. Die Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe:

  • Ganzheitliche und prozessorientierte Pflege sowie Betreuung von Bewohnenden nach den Grundsätzen von Palliative Care, Validation, Kinaesthetics und Basaler Stimulation
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung und Koordination der Aufgaben im Pflegeteam
  • Führen der Pflegedokumentation im System easDOK und Leistungserfassung im RAI
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ausbildung von Lernenden sowie aktive Teilnahme an Fachgruppen
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären, unterstützenden Team

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF oder FH, oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, BSc Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin bzw. DGKP
  • Beherztes, engagiertes Handeln in der täglichen Pflegearbeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung und Mitgestaltung im Pflegeprozess
  • Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine positive, offene Grundhaltung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen im Alter und an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
