Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH begleiten Sie in einer Pflegeinstitution im Raum Steffisburg Menschen mit kognitiven und funktionellen Einschränkungen mit Fachkompetenz, Geduld und echter Menschlichkeit im Alltag. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung in der individuellen Pflege und Betreuung, schaffen Sicherheit und Lebensqualität für die Bewohnenden und bringen Ihre Erfahrung aktiv in ein engagiertes Team ein, das Wert auf respektvolle Zusammenarbeit, Mitgestaltung und persönliche Entwicklung legt. Die Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % verfügbar.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Bewohnenden mit kognitiven und funktionellen Beeinträchtigungen
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung auf dem Wohnbereich
  • Mitarbeit im Bezugspersonensystem sowie in der Angehörigenarbeit
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung pflegerischer Prozesse
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und internen Arbeitsgruppen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn bzw. DGKP
  • Freude daran, Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen aktiv einzubringen
  • Interesse an innovativer Pflege und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
