In dieser Funktion führen Sie ein Pflegeteam und verantworten die Pflegequalität in einer Institution in der Region Ostermundigen, Kanton Bern. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. Sie begleiten Ihre Mitarbeitenden im Pflegealltag, strukturieren Abläufe, sichern die Pflegequalität und entwickeln Ihr Team fachlich weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben in dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion

  • Sie begleiten das Team fachlich und stellen eine Pflegequalität sicher, die Vertrauen schafft
  • Sie koordinieren Abläufe, fördern Zusammenarbeit und schaffen Klarheit im Alltag
  • Sie unterstützen neue Mitarbeitende während der Einführung und begleiten deren Entwicklung
  • Sie wirken in der direkten Pflege mit und bringen Ihr Wissen in die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen ein
  • Sie arbeiten in einem Umfeld, das Wert auf Professionalität, Respekt und gemeinsame Ziele legt

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Erfahrung in der Akutpflege oder Psychiatrie ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend
  • Erste Schritte in der Führung oder der Wunsch, eine Leitungsfunktion zu übernehmen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
