Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie im Nachtdienst einer psychiatrischen Station im Raum Berner Oberland eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe in einem Pensum von 50 - 100 %. Sie wirken aktiv am Aufbau eines innovativen Mutter-Kind-Angebotes mit Pioniercharakter im Bereich Gynäkopsychiatrie mit. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Fachkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Interesse an psychiatrischer Pflege.

Das erwartet Sie

  • Fachgerechte und qualitativ hochstehende Betreuung und Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten im Nachtdienst
  • Mitgestaltung eines neuen stationären Angebotes im Bereich Mutter-Kind und Gynäkopsychiatrie
  • Verantwortung für eine patienten-, team- und netzwerkorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten Projektteam
  • Aktive Mitwirkung am Aufbau und an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie
  • Freude an Verantwortungsübernahme im Nachtdienst
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
