Im Gesundheitsdienst einer Justizvollzugsanstalt tragen Sie nachts die pflegerische Verantwortung, wenn Sie die einzige medizinische Fachperson vor Ort sind. In Hindelbank, Kanton Bern, suchen wir per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder einen Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH für die Nachtwache im Pensum von 40 %. In der einzigen Justizvollzugsanstalt für Frauen der deutschsprachigen Schweiz betreuen Sie eingewiesene Frauen im geschlossenen und offenen Vollzug.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie leisten in erster Linie Nachtdienste sowie nach Absprache Spätdienste
  • Sie bewirtschaften und richten die Medikamente und stellen die Medikamentenabgabe inklusive Opioid-Substitution sicher
  • Sie sind erste Ansprechperson für medizinische und psychiatrische Notfälle in der Nacht und handeln rasch und professionell
  • Sie übernehmen Behandlungspflege, medizinische Abklärungen sowie die Koordination von Terminen und Spitaleinweisungen
  • Sie führen die medizinische Dokumentation sorgfältig und aktuell
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Fachstellen, Sicherheitspersonal und Bezugspersonen zusammen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Tertiäre Ausbildung im Gesundheitsbereich als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (PsyKP, AKP, DN II, HF, FH)
  • Berufserfahrung und sichere medizinische Fachkompetenz
  • Ruhe, Entscheidungsstärke und einen klaren Kopf in Notfallsituationen
  • Fähigkeit, professionelle Nähe zu den Frauen aufzubauen und zugleich die nötige Distanz zu wahren
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in PC-Anwendungen und Datenbanken
