Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH arbeiten Sie in einer spezialisierten psychiatrischen Klinik im Raum Zug in einem Pensum von 60 bis 100 % auf einer Station für junge Erwachsene. Sie begleiten Patientinnen und Patienten in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen und leisten einen zentralen Beitrag zur Stabilisierung, Entwicklung und langfristigen Perspektive. Diese Position ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar und bietet Ihnen ein sinnstiftendes Arbeitsumfeld mit hoher Eigenverantwortung.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit bei jungen Erwachsenen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Begleitung von Patientinnen und Patienten in Krisensituationen sowie Unterstützung in anspruchsvollen Lebensphasen
  • Mitwirkung bei diagnostischen, therapeutischen und präventiven Massnahmen im interprofessionellen Setting
  • Führen von Gesprächen mit Angehörigen und Bezugspersonen in komplexen Situationen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Anleitung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden sowie Studierenden im Praxisalltag
  • Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten im therapeutischen Kontext

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von psychisch erkrankten Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an psychiatrischer Pflege sowie an der Arbeit mit jungen Erwachsenen
