The posting

In der neurologischen Rehabilitation begleiten Sie Menschen nach Schlaganfall, Schädel-Hirn-Trauma oder anderen neurologischen Erkrankungen zurück in einen selbstständigeren Alltag. In Bad Ragaz suchen wir Sie per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH im Pensum von 80 – 100 %. Sie übernehmen die rehabilitative Pflege, aktivieren die Patientinnen und Patienten gezielt im Tagesablauf und arbeiten eng mit Therapie, Ärzteschaft und Angehörigen am individuellen Rehaziel.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der neurologischen Rehabilitation
  • Umsetzung einer aktivierenden, ressourcenorientierten Rehabilitationspflege
  • Übernahme von Tagesverantwortung und Mitwirkung bei der Arbeitsorganisation
  • Enge, konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und der Kontinuität im Pflegeprozess
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Studierenden HF/FH sowie Lernenden Fachfrau oder Fachmann Gesundheit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie DN II, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und KrankenpflegerIn bzw. DGKP
  • Interesse an der neurologischen Rehabilitation und an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Belastbarkeit im Pflegealltag
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
