Als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau oder Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH übernehmen Sie im Wochenbettbereich eines modernen Akutspitals in der Region Zürich eine verantwortungsvolle Rolle in der Betreuung von Müttern und Neugeborenen. In einem Pensum von 80 bis 100 % begleiten Sie Familien in den ersten Tagen nach der Geburt, unterstützen beim Stillen und bei der Pflege des Neugeborenen und arbeiten eng mit einem interprofessionellen Team zusammen.

Das erwartet Sie in dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Müttern und Neugeborenen im Wochenbett
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Familien bei der Pflege und Ernährung des Neugeborenen
  • Unterstützung beim Stillen sowie Beratung bei Stillfragen oder Stillproblemen
  • Durchführung der pflegerischen Betreuung gemäss Pflegeprozess in Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten und Hebammen
  • Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen sowie Mitwirkung bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen
  • Begleitung von Studierenden, Lernenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden im Pflegealltag

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung wie Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Akutspital, idealerweise im Bereich Wochenbett oder Frauenheilkunde
  • Freude an der Begleitung von Familien in einer besonderen Lebensphase
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
