The posting

In unserem Zentrum leben Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene mit einer schweren Mehrfachbeeinträchtigung, welche ganzheitlich betreut und pädagogisch/agogisch gefördert werden. Die Betreuung erfolgt nach den Prinzipien der Basalen Stimulation in Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachperson für Beschäftigung und dem medizinisch-therapeutischen Dienst der ambulanten Beratungsstelle.

Zur Ergänzung des Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung für unsere Wohngruppe im Kinder- und Jugendbereich eine/einen

Pflegefachperson / BetreuerIn Kinder- und Jugendbereich 40-80%

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind eine offene und integre Person, zeigen Geschick im Umgang mit verschiedenen Menschen und besitzen Humor
  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Pflegebereich, oder Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im pädagogischen Bereich und sind bereit, die entsprechenden Pflegetätigkeiten zu erlernen
  • Sie sprechen Deutsch oder Französisch, und Sie besitzen mündliche Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache
  • Sie sind flexibel und belastbar, haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und schätzen auch selbständiges Arbeiten
  • WiedereinsteigerInnen willkommen (Sie werden sorgfältig eingeführt)
